Policy On General Business Ethics
 
The company shall provide services to its clients in compliance with all relevant laws, by-laws and regulations.
 
The company shall only undertake project assignments in its areas of expertise, and deliver efficient and effective services to its clients.
 
The company will only participate in private or public competitive bidding under the highest standards of corporate ethics and competitive practices, and with total integrity in its transactions.
 
The company shall not conspire to commit or participate in any acts of fraud/deception.
Policy On Conflicts Of Interest
 
Company shall avoid situations where conflict of interest may arise. In situation which may construe as conflict of interest, the company shall inform the client beforehand of any potential conflict of interest that could emerge during the execution of its services.
Policy On Confidential Information
 
The company shall act with loyalty to its clients, and shall maintain the confidentiality of any information obtained from the client in the process of performing its services.
 
The company shall also keep confidential the documents received and reports prepared for its clients.
Policy On Gifts And Entertainment
 
The company will not accept any remuneration that could encourage the firm to offer biased opinion or decision.
 
The company shall not make payment in connection with any commercial transaction except those legally entitled to such payments.
 
The company shall not indulge in entertainment using company’s funds unless for the purpose of improving customer relations.
Policy On Work Ethics
 
Staff shall be impartial in the provision of professional advice, judgement or decision.
 
Staff shall not disseminate any illicit materials and rumours in any form to any other employees or clients.
 
Staff shall accept continuing responsibility for its consulting services before its clients and society.
 
The company shall not indulge in any form of harassment in the working environment.
 
Staff shall not be involved in or be a part of any engineering service directly or indirectly without approval from the company.
